Patented Drive & Take-Up Ends

SureTrac Assemblies With Drive Packages

Two types of drive packages are available with SureTrac drive and take-up pulley assemblies.  All are available with 115, 230, 308, 460, or 575V single or three phase, 50 or 60 Hz operation.

ComPac Motorized Drive Pulley
--Type PE_M

Compact motorized drive pulley.

Chain-Driven Right Angle Motor/Reducer Drive
-- Type PE_C

Chain drive allows easy speed changes in the future by simply changing sprocket diameters.


Features

  • NEMA C-face motor and speed reducer for fast and easy motor replacement.
  • Two year limited warranty.

 

Body Sections

Conveyor body sections are available in one foot increments.  bodies are constructed of 12, 10, or 7-gauge formed steel with body spacers.  One end is punched for a splice and the other end includes a welded steel plate.

 

 

Supports

Supports feature 10 or 3/16-gauge formed steel construction. Each one features:  a top swivel plate for easy conveyor leveling adjustments, + 6 inch height adjustment, and an angle knee brace for added stability.



SureTrac Drive and Take-Up Pulley Assemblies

These performance-proven patented conveyor end designs contain the same belt tracking, ease-of-adjustment and rugged construction features that are standard with every Power-Pack belt conveyor.  They're shipped ready to bolt to your framework.

Features

  • Concealed head and tail pulley design eliminates hazardous pinch points.
  • Crowned drive and take-up pulleys for accurate belt tracking.
  • Prelubricated self-aligning and grease-sealed ball bearings throughout minimizes maintenance.
  • Three pulley diameters and multiple belt widths to 60 inches are standard.  Larger pulley diameters and wider belt widths are available.
  • Reversing models available with a 2.5 inch diameter, spring-loaded snub roller with grease-sealed bearings.
  • Extended input shafts available for mounting chain and sprocket or shaft-mount speed reducers.
  • Two-year limited warranty.
